چکیده

پیشینه و اهداف: جشنواره‌های فرهنگی-اجتماعی دانشگاه فرهنگیان به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین فعالیت‌های غیردرسی در سازماندهی و مدیریت امور فرهنگی و آموزشی دانشجویان عمل می‌کنند. این نوع جشنواره‌ها، که شامل مسابقات هنری، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، ورزشی و علمی است، نقش برجسته‌ای در ترویج ارزش‌های فرهنگی، تعزیز هویت ملی و اسلامی، و ایجاد محیطی پویا و انرژی‌ساز در میان دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان ایفا می‌کنند. پژوهش حاضر، به بررسی و طراحی الگوی آسیب‌شناسی جشنواره‌های فرهنگی- اجتماعی دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان پرداخته است. هدف از این تحقیق، شناسایی چالش‌ها و موانع موجود در برگزاری این نوع جشنواره‌ها و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب برای بهبود کیفیت و مؤثرتر شدن این رویدادهاست. روش‌ها‌: رویکرد پژوهش کیفی بوده و با استفاده از مصاحبه با دانشجومعلمان دورۀ ابتدایی و زبان انگلیسی مصاحبه انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل مضمون صورت گرفت. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشانگر این بودند که در چهار حیطۀ شغلی، مهارتی، ارزشی و آموزشی نقصان‌هایی وجود دارد که لازم است مورد توجه قرار گیرند.نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه به یافته‌ها علیرغم اهمیت این موضوع توجه آن‌چنانی بدان نشده است که ضروری است اقداماتی در حیطه انجام شوند.

Background and Objectives: Cultural-social festivals of Farhangian University serve as one of the most important extracurricular activities in organizing and managing students' cultural and educational affairs. These types of festivals, which include artistic, cultural, social, sports, and scientific competitions, play a prominent role in promoting cultural values, strengthening national and Islamic identity, and creating a dynamic and energizing environment among Farhangian University students. The present study examined and designed a pathological model of cultural-social festivals of Farhangian University students. This study aims to identify the challenges and obstacles in holding these types of festivals and to provide appropriate solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of these events. Methods: Methods: The research approach was qualitative, and interviews were conducted with elementary and English language student teachers. Data analysis was also conducted using the thematic analysis technique. Findings: The findings indicated that there are deficiencies in the four areas of career, skills, values, and education that need to be addressed. Conclusion: According to the findings, despite the importance of this issue, not enough attention has been paid to it, and it is necessary to take measures in this area.
