Background and Objectives: This study investigates the roles of psychological empowerment and organizational virtue in influencing organizational loyalty among education teachers in District 2, Tabriz. Methods: The study is applied in purpose and descriptive-correlational in design. The statistical population comprises 317 secondary school teachers in Tabriz District 2. A sample of 171 was selected using Morgan’s table and proportional random stratified sampling. Instruments included three questionnaires: Robbins’ Organizational Loyalty (2001), Cameron’s Organizational Virtue (2004), and Spreitzer’s Psychological Empowerment (1995). Data analysis employed correlation coefficients and regression tests via SPSS. Findings: Results indicate a strong, positive, and significant relationship between psychological empowerment and organizational virtue with organizational loyalty. Together, psychological empowerment and organizational virtue explain 77% of the variance in organizational loyalty, while the components of psychological empowerment alone account for 79% of this variance. Among the empowerment components, self-efficacy and meaningfulness notably influence teachers’ organizational loyalty. Conclusion: The findings suggest that empowering managers and cultivating organizational virtues can enhance educational quality and boost teachers’ loyalty to the education system.
