Citizenship right is a set of social and political obligations of individuals to each other that affect the development and social well-being of all. University and school are the two main centers for educating people in different dimensions of human existence, including the social and political dimension. Educating citizens and people and help them being aware of their citizenship rights and gaining the necessary skills for active presence and participation in society, goes through this type of education. Expression of knowledge, attitude and skill of citizenship rights of graduates of Farhangian University of Fars. Due to the nature of the subject, qualitative research has been used with phenomenological approach. Participants include 14 graduates of the Fars province level who were in the years 91 &92 entrance to Farhangian University. The data were collected through semi structured interviews in a targeted manner and observing the theoretical saturation rule. The content analysis method was used to analyze the data. Based on the finding, 214 primary concepts were obtained that are categorized in 6 main themes and includes: 1. Opportunities arising from the recognition of citizenship rights, 2. Damage caused by lack of recognition of citizenship rights, 3. Grow creativity 4. Reviewing challenges 5. Membership in groups 6. Participation in political affairs, which were divided into three categories of knowledge, attitude & skills of citizenship rights. The results showed that alumni, despite the considerable knowledge &skills, needed to be reviewed in the context of political attitudes.
