Analysis and Elucidation of the Status and Dignity of Teachers in the Speeches of the Supreme Leader

Abstract

The current research was conducted with the aim of explaining the dignity and position of the teacher in the statements of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution and with the approach of qualitative content analysis. The research community includes his statements in a meeting with teachers on May 27, 1404. Data analysis is based on the triple coding method The findings show that, from the perspective of the leader of the revolution, the teacher is known as the center of cultural transformation, the standard-bearer of the education of the future generation, and the key factor in improving the country's human capital. Content analysis has classified the leader's statements into three main categories, including "Teacher retention and honoring", "Teacher training" and "Teacher effectiveness" and 11 subcategories. based onBased on the obtained results, it is suggested that the educational policy makers emphasize the dignity of the teacher, improve the material and spiritual support for them, and understand the irreplaceable role of the teacher in the development of the country.
