Abstract

The Coaching is considered as one of the key methods of human resource empowerment of organizations, the purpose of this research was to analyze the factors affecting the coaching skills of school administrators. This research was conducted using the qualitative approach of the foundation data and with semi-structured interview method with experts and experts in the field of coaching and school administrators. Using targeted sampling and applying theoretical saturation criteria, semi-structured interviews were conducted with the participation of 16 people. The data was analyzed and coded using MAXQDA Version 2024.Based on the findings from the qualitative analysis of the interviews, 153 open codes ere identified in the form of 6 main dimensions. Conditions of scholars including 2 categories, contextual conditions including 5 categories, intervention conditions including 8 categories, strategies consisting of 4 categories, and finally 7 categories were identified as the consequences of coach-oriented leadership. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that coaching leadership is a complex and multi-dimensional process that requires simultaneous attention to individual, organizational, and... is. This study is used by identifying the factors of scientific, contextual, interventional, strategies and consequences of coaching leadership skills as a guide for school administrators to improve their management capabilities.
