Guide for Authors

Introduction

All individuals must first sign up for submitting an article. Signing up for the system is done for all email accounts and does not require system administrator approval. After completing the registration form, the password will be sent to your email. Therefore, use the correct email address you have access to. After entering the password, enter the system, enter your article information and finally submit the original file. When submitting your article, take a look at the main explanation found on the author's Guide page and on the Terms and Conditions page. Prepare the article according to the format and instructions of the magazine and register it on the system. Use an address to register and submit an article. It is recommended to register only one time in the system.

Details and registration steps on the website of the journal and the submission of the article:

1. Membership in the system by completing the registration form

2. Get the password by email

3 signing in with username and password

4. Completion of the information form including the title, abstract, keywords and  so on

5. Load the original text of the article

6. Submission of the article (If you have met all the terms and conditions, there is a possibility to submit the article. Otherwise, the article submission button will not be active.)

Description of registration form:

• Complete the registration form carefully.

• First, specify what you are registering with. Specify your title. Correspondence with the same title is done with you.

• Enter the name, surname, level of education, grade and specialty field carefully. This information helps the editor of the publication to make informed decisions about the review and refereeing based on the available information.

• Phone number, mobile number is also an essential item. Given the fact that in some cases there is a need for information to be communicated to the editor of the publication within a specified time period, they should be contact with those who submit articles or make corrections, so inform the available number.

• register the city of residence or work, postal address with postal code as well as the place of study or service along with the organizational post, or new employment status, for example, a student of International Relations at the University ... or a university degree ....

• To complete the registration, enter the e-mail address, and enter the user name carefully. Your email address can be considered as a username. We recommend that you use your e-mail address to complete the registration process. However, it's possible to use the custom username. If this name has not been registered before, you can use it.

• Use the correct email. In cases where you forgot the password, it is possible to enter the correct email address, password will be reset and sent to your email address.

• If you are interested in collaborating on refereeing the articles, or interested in getting a list of new articles , please select the appropriate option.

Key points :

• To enter information, enter the security ID and select the Save option.

• The password will be sent to your email.

• Remember the password and change it after you first log into the system.

• Membership is possible for everyone. By subscribing to the system, you can post new articles, or select your favorite articles from the published articles on the system and save and view on your personal page.

• If you submit the article to the journal, please upload  the information of article in the relevant section carefully.

• In some cases, the password is sent to the SPAM folder. Please, if you did not receive the registration confirmation email in the system, first go to this folder and specify that emails received from the system are not SPAM.

Submission

Once logged in, use the send and follow up options to submit an article. In many cases, the submission of a paper may be conditional upon the payment of a referring fee.

If you choose to submit a new article, the following form should be completed carefully.

 Enter the title, abstract, and keywords.

If the author or other authors contributed to the preparation and publication of the article, please enter their name, title and e-mail address carefully. The system also will send  emails to inform them.

• Select the subject of the article and suggest the system administrator if your subject and area of ​​expertise are not on the list.

• Enter the supplementary description and finally upload the original file, along with other documentation (if necessary) in the system.

 • Note that the author may load an incorrect file in the system. So, first, make sure you save the final copy of the original file.

If all the items are carefully completed, you can submit the article. Otherwise re-review the relevant form and enter the necessary information on the system.

• In case of submission of the article, the letter of approval of the receipt of the article will be sent to the author.

Articles need to be revised

If your article is subject to review and initial acceptance, you will be required to fix the relevant issues within a specified time period and submit a new version. To do this, log in the system and select the articles need to be revised from the author's personal page. Perform the revises and then delete the previous file from the system and upload the new file.

Further Details

• Provide further explanations for your article and introduce yourself, if necessary

• To complete the submission process, register the terms and conditions by selecting this option: "I have read all the terms and conditions and agree to it."

 Important points

 • It cannot simultaneously send two files as the main file of the article.

• In any case, the author will only be able to submit an article with a specific title.

• Therefore, for revising the article, it is necessary to remove the previous file from the system and upload the new file.

• You can submit other documentary of article including the table and the image individually.

• To do this, select the file type from the menu and load the file.

• In Keywords section, a few basic words are presented in regard to the subject of article.
