مفهومپردازی روش و مقایسه روششناختی رویکردهای کمّی و کیفی در پژوهشهای تربیت معلم
بهرغم اینکه روششناسی، بنیاد پژوهشهای تربیت معلم است و امروزه حوزه این پژوهشها با ابهام روششناختی مواجه میباشد، در سالهای اخیر مطالعات محدودی در این زمینه انجام شده است و این کاستی، سبب گردیده تا برخی از پژوهشها با نادیده گرفتن الزمات نظری پژوهش به مغالطات مفهومی پرتکراری دچار شوند؛ لذا ضروری است تا در مفاهیم روششناختی حوزه پژوهش تربیتمعلم بازنگری و بازاندیشی جدی انجامشود. در حقیقت نیاز است تا با استفاده از مبانی این حوزه، روش در پژوهش تربیت معلم به صورت مجدد مفهومپردازی شود. در همین راستا، پژوهش حاضر قصد دارد تا با نگاهی جامع به تحولات حوزههای پژوهش و ظهور جنبش سوم روششناسی، به مفهومپردازی روش در مقابل روش تحقیق و بررسی ارتباط بین روششناسی با هستیشناسی، معرفتشناسی و ارزششناسی بپردازد و سپس رویکردهای کمّی و کیفی در پژوهشهای تربیت معلم را از دریچه روششناختی با یکدیگر مقایسه کند. برای رسیدن به این اهداف، با استفاده از روش سندکاوی نظامدار در یک فرآیند قاعدهمند، 28 مقاله مرتبط در حوزه روششناسی آموزشی، بازیابی و مورد واکاوی قرار گرفت و متون برگزیده بررسی و نقد شدند. یافتهها حاکی از این است که روششناسی پژوهش در تحقیقات تربیت معلم، در سطوح هستیشناختی، معرفتشناختی و ارزششناختی از بنیادهای فلسفی همگونی برخوردار است که ضرورت دارد برای شکلدهی به روشهای تحقیق به عنوان فنون عملیاتی تحقیق، مورد توجه قرار گیرند. علاوه بر این، تحقیقات کیفی و کمّی در تمامی سطوح مذکور بررسی و تفاوتها و شباهتهای آنها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. پژوهشگران حوزه تربیت معلم با استفاده از این یافتهها میتوانند از بسیاری از مغالطات روششناختی موجود در نتایج تحقیقات معاصر در حوزه تربیت معلم بپرهیزند و به درک عمیقتر و مفهومیتری از روش در تحقیق برسند.

ساخت و اعتباریابی مقیاسی برای سنجش دانش محتوای آموزشگری دانشجومعلمان رشته آموزش ابتدایی
دانش محتوای آموزشگری، تاثیر مهم و بسیار زیادی بر طراحی و اجرای تدریس معلمان در مدرسه دارد. بنابراین، در وضعیت فعلی، توسعه و کارآیی این دانش، روابط آن با کیفیت آموزش و تاثیر آن بر فرایندهای یادگیری، نیاز به بررسی دقیق این دانش دارد. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر، ساخت مقیاسی برای سنجش دانش محتوای آموزشگری دانشجو معلمان رشته آموزش ابتدایی و تعیین روایی آن بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجو معلمان رشته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاههای فرهنگیان بود. ابتدا، با مطالعه پیشینه پژوهش، به استخراج مولفهها و تدوین مقیاس اقدام شد. نمونهای 203 نفری از دانشجویان، 120 زن و 83 مرد پرسشنامه را بهصورت برخط تکمیل کردند. ابتدا، با مطالعه ادبیات تحقیق، به استخراج مولفهها و ترکیب آن پرداخته شد. سپس برای تعیین همبستگی بین مولفهها و روایی مقیاس از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد و از آلفای کرونباخ (معادل 90/0) برای بررسی پایایی استفاده گردید. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که بین مولفههای مقیاس، رابطه همبستگی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و مقیاس از روایی محتوایی قابل قبولی برخوردار است، روایی سازه نیز با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی به روش مولفههای اصلی تعیین شد. در نهایت مقیاس به صورت سه مولفه اصلی دانش برنامه درسی، دانش یادگیرنده و دانش تدریس راهبردها تعیین شد. لذا میتوان بیان داشت که مقیاس دانش محتوای آموزشگری در جامعه ایران دارای روایی مناسب میباشد و در موقعیتها و پژوهشهای سازمانی مربوط به دانش محتوای آموزشگری قابل استفاده است.

تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر علاقهمندی دانشجو- معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان کردستان به حرفۀ معلمی
علاقه به حرفۀ معلمی یکی از متغیرهایی است که در تضمین کیفیت معلم نقش دارد. دانشجو-معلمان و معلمان بهعنوان یکی از ارزندهترین سرمایههای کشور، همواره در تعلیم و تربیت نسل آینده جامعه تأثیرگذاری عمیقی داشتهاند. هرچه دانشجو-معلمان و معلمان کارآمدتر، علاقهمندتر و نسبت به حرفۀ خود متعهدتر باشند، تأثیر آنان نیز بیشتر خواهد بود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر علاقهمندی دانشجو-معلمان پردیسهای دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان کردستان به حرفۀ معلمی انجام شده است. پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری کلیه دانشجو-معلمان پردیسهای دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان کردستان بودند که در سال تحصیلی 1399-1398 به تحصیل اشتغال داشتند (جمعاً 928 نفر). تعداد 258 دانشجو-معلّم (133 پسر و 125 دختر) به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای انتخاب شدند. دادههای جمعآوریشده با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در سطح پنجدرجهای مقیاس لیکرت گردآوری شد. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از شاخص ضریب روایی محتوایی و از طریق مراجعه به متخصصان حوزه های علوم تربیتی و روان شناسی حاصل شد. برای ارزیابی پایایی پرسشنامه از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد و ضریب99/0 بهدست آمد. برای تحلیل دادهها ابتدا از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با مؤلفههای اصلی برای استخراج عاملها و سپس رگرسیون چند متغیری با کمک نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 25 استفاده گردید. یافتهها نشان داد که علاقه دانشجو-معلمان به حرفۀ معلمی بالاتر از حد متوسط است. یافتهها همچنین نشان داد که 52% واریانس علاقهمندی دانشجو-معلمان به حرفۀ معلمی بهوسیله متغیرهای پیشبینی کننده قابل تبیین است. از بین همه متغیرهای پیشبینی کننده انتقال تجربه دانشجویان سنوات بالاتر به دانشجویان سنوات پایینتر، شیوه برخورد کارکنان، علاقه به حرفۀ معلمی قبل از ورود به دانشگاه، مشاغل با حقوق و مزایای بیشتر و مزایای دوره تحصیل رابطه معنیداری با متغیر علاقهمندی به حرفۀ معلمی نشان دادند و شدت رابطه نیز به همین ترتیب ذکر شده است.

تبیین مدل پدیدارشناختی کسب مهارت در دیدگاه دریفوس و دلالتهای آن برای حرفه تدریس
مدل کسب مهارت دریفوس، نوعی تبیین پدیدارشناختی از رشد مهارت در طی زمان است. این مدل دارای مراحل پنجگانه مبتدی، مبتدی پیشرفته، متبحر، ماهر و متخصص است. شخص به میزان افزایش مهارت خود، از قواعد و دانش گزارهای فاصله گرفته و نوعی درگیری ماهرانه با متعلق مهارت خود پیدا میکند. تدریس، یکی از حرفههای مورد اشاره در ادبیات دریفوس است. رویکرد این پژوهش، کیفی و روش آن توصیفی - تحلیلی است. مسئله اصلی پژوهش، بررسی دلالتهای مدل کسب مهارت دریفوس در حرفه تدریس است. برای این منظور لازم بود تا در ابتدا، مؤلفههای رویکرد پدیدارشناختی دریفوس درباره کسب مهارت مورد بررسی قرار گیرند که نسبت میان دانش گزارهای و مهارت، نقش پیروی از قواعد در مهارتورزی، و جایگاه موقعیت و شهود، از مهمترین آنها بهشمار میآیند. سپس با توجه به این مبانی، دلالتهای مدل کسب مهارت دریفوسی در حرفه تدریس از معلم مبتدی تا رسیدن به عالیترین مرتبه یعنی معلم متخصص استخراج گردید. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان میدهد که برای تخصص در عمل تدریس، معلم باید نگرش خود را از موقعیتهای انتزاعی ایدههای نظری بهسوی کنشورزی فعال در فضای واقعی کلاس درس تغییر دهد. در نتیجه معلم متخصص با رشد در مراحل کسب مهارت، بهجای اصول انتزاعی به شهود متکی بر تجربههای خویش در موقعیتهای واقعی کلاس درس تکیه کرده و قادر به برنامهریزی خواهد بود.

اندازهگیری دانش موضوعی تربیتی ریاضی معلمان پایة سوم دوره ابتدایی
دانش معلمان یکی از ابعاد اصلی شایستگیهای حرفهای معلمان است. از میان دانش معلمان، برخورداری از دانش موضوعی تربیتی به دلیل منحصر به فرد بودن برای معلمان و اثر آن بر عملکرد دانشآموزان از جایگاه ویژهای برخوردار است. در این مطالعه، دانش موضوعی تربیتی ریاضی 330 معلم پایة سوم ابتدایی در چهار استان خراسان رضوی، گیلان، یزد و شهرستانهای استان تهران با استفاده از سؤالات استاندارد شدة مطالعة تدز-ام بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین دانش موضوعی تربیتی معلمان پایة سوم از نقطة وسط مقیاس پایینتر است. همخوانی نمرة حاصل شده با عملکرد ریاضی دانشآموزان ابتدایی در مطالعة تیمز احتمال رابطة بین این دو متغیر را تقویت میکند. همچنین، دانش معلمان مرد و زن و معلمان شاغل در مدارس دولتی و غیر دولتی تفاوتی نداشت ولی معلمان با مدرک لیسانس و بالاتر از معلمان با مدرک کمتر از لیسانس دانش بیشتری داشتند. علاوهبراین، معلمان با رشتههای تحصیلی آموزش ابتدایی دانش کمتری را نسبت به معلمانِ دارای رشتههای تحصیلی دیگر نشان دادند. در نهایت، رابطه سن و سابقة معلمان با دانش معلمان منفی بود. دو یافتة آخر با انتظارات معمول در تعارض بود.

تاثیر آموزش مهارت کارآفرینی در تغییر نگرش دانشجویان پسر دانشگاه فرهنگیان اهواز نسبت به درس کارورزی
انجام موفقیتآمیز درس کارورزی، به داشتن نگرش مثبت نسبت به این درس نیاز دارد. از این رو، ایجاد چنین نگرشی از طریق آموزش مهارتهایی همچون مهارت کارآفرینی به دانشجویان، ضرورتی درخور تامل است. در این راستا، هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر آموزش مهارت کارآفرینی در تغییر نگرش دانشجویان پسر دانشگاه فرهنگیان اهوازنسبت به درس کارورزی است.روش پژوهش حاضر، نیمهتجربی از نوع پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل میباشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان پسر پردیس رسول اکرم (ص) اهواز بوده است که در مهرماه سال تحصیلی 98، به گذراندن درس کارورزی3 مشغول بودند. تعداد این دانشجویان 103 نفر بود که از میان آنها، 40 نفر با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب، و در دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه گمارده شدند. بعد از انتخاب نمونهها و تقسیم تصادفی آنها بین دو گروه (گروه آزمایشی و گروه گواه) و اجرای پیش آزمون، مداخله در گروه آزمایشی از طریق آموزش مهارت کارآفرینی در طی 13 جلسه 90 دقیقهای و هر هفته دو جلسه؛ علاوه بر آمـوزش موضوعـات درسـی کارورزی، انجام شـد. برای جمعآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه محقق ساختهای که دارای 34 سوال و در طیف پنج درجهای لیکرت (خیلی زیاد، زیاد، متوسط، کم، خیلی کم) تنظیم شده بود، مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 86/0، بهدست آمد و دادهها با بهرهگیری از تحلیل کوواریانس بررسی شدند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش مهارت کارآفرینی در تغییر نگرش کلی دانشجویان، و خرده مقیاسهای شناختی، رفتاری و عاطفی نگرش نسبت به درس کارورزی، موثر بوده است.
